The Age of Warriors aired again without subtitles. Since you didn’t answer my last inquiry about this, I expect there will be no answer this time either. Are KBS and KOAM trying to drive away English speaking subscribers?

I have just viewed and printed the Broadcast Schedule for the current week, 6/27 to 7/3, and note that there are no episode numbers for the dramas. The schedule looks clean and easy to read, but for those of us who follow the multi-episode dramas, the episode numbers are very helpful, especially as some dramas are shown only on a couple days each week. The schedule that is accessed at the bottom of the TV screen using the Comcast remote control also does not show episode numbers, and neither does the on-screen schedule that is broadcasted at approximately 7:58 to 8:00 AM almost every day. It would be greatly appreciated if the episode numbers can be noted somehow on each drama episode that is shown. Thank you very much!

Please provide us with more information next time.
We are limited to any information that had been provided already or picked up on site. One of our announcer also participated as a Korean school teacher there.
We went out to report because KSA sent us information. I did not receive any information from KCSC.
Please send us ahead if you have any upcoming event from KCSC.

Hello. I’m from Korean Community Service Center and University of Washington Korean Student Association. I watched the news report and it was good.
Just one correction, the news report did not include KCSC’s involvement. I hope there could be some clarification on that because KCSC Youth Leadership Program did participate in the planning of the Children’s Day Event.

Last week our group had a Children’s Day Event for the Shoreline Korean School at the Shoreline Christian School with the KCSC. I saw ko-am’s report on the weekend news and I was wondering if I could get a video of it. I would really like to show my officers news coverage that our organization has been receiving. Hope you all have had a great new years! Unfortunately we had changes to our staff members, thus the reason for the non-response to customer inquiries. In their stead I will be addressing all questions and issues to the best of my ability.

“I was so happy when English subtitles were recently provided for “Qualifications of Men”. However, it is again being shown (right now, as I am typing this note) without subtitles. I am sure that many viewers also appreciate the English subtitles and I hope they will be added to this very enjoyable entertainment program regularly in the future. Thank you for the extra effort and time it takes to put English subtitles on this and all other KBS programs that subtitles appear on, both dramas and entertainment programs.”

I am aware that subtitles are not provided on some programs. As translation works are not done here at KO-AM but at KBS America, we have no control over non-subbed programs. The best solution would be to request translations directly from KBS America. I am sure, if garnered enough interest, KBS would be more motivated to translate non-subbed programs for viewers.
